Homeowner or responsible person should be in the home during to cleaning time.

Before the cleaning process, please take your luxury and jevelery stuff with you.

Please do not demand from cleaning staff as may cause of a dangerous situation.

There will be extra cost if you want extra cleaning except General Cleaning and Detailed Cleaning.

Working hours 08:30 / 18:00. If the cleaning process exceeds 18:00, that charged by per hour.

Our authorized manager has to make a checklist before the cleaning. The checklist should be seen by homeowner and approved.

Burglary, homicide, etc. crimes commited homes and workplaces subject to the investigation are not cleaning by us.

Please contact us if you want to cancel cleaning date before 24 hours.

If you have office or home alarm system please do not share the password with cleaning staff.

Yes, we can work at weekends and holidays depends on intensity.
There is nothing wrong with if pets are home. But if it’s possible to keep them away from the cleaning area, the process will faster.
All of our cleaning staff has no criminal records. Also there will always be a supervisor on the cleaning process.
We use TSE (Turkish Standard Endustry) certified cleaning materials and brands as you can always find them on the malls, shopping centers,etc.
Depends on the area, we can clean the large places. Please ask for more details.
